Ghost Reson Future Soldier Review.

The Ghost recon franchise has been around since 2002. Since the release of the Xbox 360 it has had 2 releases both being called by most players GRAW this is short for Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter. This is the 3rd installment of the franchise on the 360 but this time around instead of making it a numbered sequel they have titled Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Except for having the title of the franchise the game is not a sequel to any of the previous games.

In this new release you once again take up the mantle of the Ghosts the 4 man team that is constantly taking secret missions for Uncle Sam. This game is awesome it is a great tactical shooter the graphics are very good they are beeter then the first Graw but seem to be on par or maybe a little better then the second Graw.  The GRFS introduces new game mechanics for example marked shooting you can now mark up to 4 people and then in unison you and your team can take them all out or you can mark less then 4 and have your team kill them so that you can conserve ammo. Also new to the game is the stealth kill feature when I say stealth kill i dont me a kill from a gun with a suppressor I mean the sort of kills that you would find. In say a Splinter Cell game.

Also newly added to the game is the Guerrilla mode much like Horde or Firefight in Gears and Halo you now have the added possibility of that in this game.

The multiplayer this time around is a bit of the same it is a bunch of objective games along with free for all and team death match. In my opinion though you wont find yourself plaything those game types though you will find yourself playing the objective games with friends.

Last but certainly not the least and in my opinion the most notable of the new features to the game is the Co-op you can now play with up to 4 people in the campaign. This in my opinion is the greatest of the new features. Also there are a bunch of non campaign co op missions for those who like to work together.

All in all GRFS is a great game and worth adding to anyones collection if you are not sure wait till it gets cheaper but still i recommend this game to anyone who loves tactical shooters..
